The attic conversion and revitalization project at Heinestraße transforms the existing building into contemporary residential space with a clear architectural approach.
Through precise interventions and the careful development of the existing structure, seven compact residential units were created, complemented by selectively integrated outdoor areas. The design combines functional layouts with a calm, restrained architectural language, enhancing the building’s long-term usability.
